Japan and Australia are usually 16 weeks or more, because the sea route is longer. We will give you exact timings for your vehicle when you enquire.

For the contract, a passport if you have been in Cyprus under six months or your ARC if longer, plus a mobile number and a residential address.

An insurance policy is needed by the time the vehicle reaches Cyprus, and we will help you arrange it.

The purchase, the shipping, customs and registration are all on us.

You pay in stages, set out in the contract before anything starts. We don't charge a separate search fee.

United Kingdom — 80% when the vehicle is confirmed, or before bidding if it goes to auction, and 20% about a week before it reaches Cyprus. Express delivery is paid in full.

Japan — 50% before the auction, 50% two weeks before arrival in Cyprus.

Australia — 70% when the vehicle is confirmed, 30% two weeks before arrival in Cyprus.

The price doesn't change after signing.

There is no separate deposit. The first payment under the contract is what secures the vehicle, and there is nothing on top of it.

Yes. Before we buy, we check the vehicle's history, its registration status and that it's free of finance.

In the UK that means HPI and Carfax Europe, in Australia a PPSR check, in Japan the auction sheet.

When the vehicle is with a dealer or a private seller, we also ask for a walkaround video, and the official inspection report on approved used vehicles. Nobody is paid until it all checks out.

We can arrange marine cover on request, matched to the route and the value of the vehicle. From loading until the vehicle reaches Cyprus it is insured for its full value.

Yes — an update at each stage. Bought, shipped, docked, registered. When it sails we give you the vessel name or the container number, so you can follow it yourself as well.

You will know where it is from the day we buy it to the day you collect it.

Yes. Until we've paid the seller, your payment is returned less any costs incurred.

Once the commission is confirmed, the vehicle is reserved for you and comes off the market. After that it depends how far the deal has gone, and we sort it out case by case.

You see everything we have before we buy: photographs, the auction sheet or inspection report, and a walkaround video where the seller can provide one.

The decision is yours, and we only buy what you've approved. If it arrives not matching the approved specification, we take it up with the seller and the insurer and sort it out case by case.
