Payment to the seller is only made once all checks are confirmed.

The main 70% is required only after we review actual photos or videos of the vehicle and verify its history. The final 20% is settled just before arrival in Cyprus (express delivery requires full upfront payment). Every detail is clearly outlined in your agreement so there are never any surprises.

Marine transit insurance is available on request and tailored to your vehicle's route and value. We arrange the policy for your vehicle so it is fully covered from loading to arrival in Cyprus.

To sign the contract, you'll typically need a passport (if you've been in Cyprus less than 6 months) or an ARC (Aliens Registration Certificate), plus an insurance cover note. We can help arrange insurance if needed. Everything else — purchase, logistics, customs, and registration — is handled entirely by us.

Yes. Before payment is made to the seller, your deposit is refundable minus any costs already incurred. Once the commission is confirmed, the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and taken off the market — so refund terms depend on the stage of the deal and expenses to date. All conditions are agreed upfront in the contract.

Yes. You receive updates at every key stage — purchase confirmation, dispatch, port arrival, customs clearance, and registration. You stay fully in the loop from departure to the moment we hand you the keys.
