Tuthill, a renowned expert on British Porsches, is unveiling the GT ONE, a road vehicle inspired by the endurance racing cars from the 1990s. Drawing from the design of Porsche's 911 GT1, originally crafted for competition at Le Mans, the GT ONE showcases cutting-edge technology with its carbon fibre bodywork tailored for road use.
Tuthill's latest model, the GT ONE, enhances the striking design of the classic 911 GT1 even further, with meticulous attention to detail seen in features such as wing-mounted mirrors and the option for an aero package geared towards track performance. This car doesn't compromise on speed, with double wishbone suspension, turbofan-style wheels, carbon-ceramic brakes, and a refined aerodynamic underbody all contributing to its exceptional performance and precision.
The GT ONE boasts top-of-the-line safety features, including FIA-spec roll-over protection and side impact bars integrated into the body. Inside, the car is equipped with heavily-bolstered bucket seats that may be a bit tricky to get in and out of. The powerful flat-six engine options range from a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter unit to a turbocharged version, producing over 500 horsepower and 600 horsepower, respectively. Drivers can choose between manual or dual-clutch automatic transmissions, making the GT ONE a high-performance vehicle weighing just 1,200kg.
