Ultra-luxury car guides

Buying and importing Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Porsche and other high-value cars for Cyprus.

Guides

At the top of the market the purchase price is rarely the number that hurts. Depreciation is. On a €90,000 vehicle, the gap between losing 30% and losing 60% of its value over five years is €27,000, far more than any discount agreed on the day. The guides in this section look at the costs that arrive after the handover.

Residual value in the premium segment follows the body style more than the badge. Large SUVs lose more than small ones, while limited-production sports models can lose very little. One marque can even sit at both ends of the table. Cyprus adds its own factors: a market of roughly a million people, right-hand drive as the practical standard and a resale pool that thins out quickly for unusual specifications.

Running costs follow emissions. Annual road tax is calculated on CO₂ and capped at €1,500, which a large petrol V8 reaches easily, while a plug-in hybrid of the same size and price can sit near the bottom of the scale. Two vehicles with the same list price can differ by several hundred euros a year before insurance is counted.

Then there is support on the island. Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche have official dealers in Cyprus. Aston Martin and McLaren do not, which changes how servicing, parts and warranty work are handled. That is worth knowing before you choose rather than after.

For vehicles in this class we source from official dealers, approved used programmes and top-grade auction stock in the UK, Japan and Australia. The brand pages show what is on the island now and what can be commissioned.
